Die Promega GmbH, Mannheim, hat die GloResponse™ NFAT-RE-luc2P HEK293-Zelllinie und die GloResponse™ CRE-luc2P HEK293-Zelllinie zur Untersuchung der Signalinduktion über G-Protein gekoppelte Rezeptoren zu den Trans-kriptionsfaktoren NFAT bzw. CRE entwickelt. Diese neue Familie der GloResponse™-Zelllinien ist bestens für integrierte Luciferase-Reportergenanwendungen geeignet. Beide Zelllinien sind mit dem pGL4-Vektor stabil transfiziert. Um die Aktivierung des Signalweges zu quantifizieren, enthält pGL4 einen optimierten luc2P-Luciferasereporter.
