Die neue Version von PRO.FILE bietet umfassende PDM/PLM-Funktionalität für AutoCAD 2016, AutoCAD Mechanical 2016, Inventor 2016 sowie AutoCAD Plant 3D und AutoCAD P&ID

Das Produktdaten- und Dokumentenmanagement-System PRO.FILE unterstützt ab sofort die "2016er Serie" der Autodesk CAD-Systeme. Durch die Adaption auf die neuesten Versionen aus dem Hause Autodesk erweitert PROCAD die AutoCAD-Serie durch professionelles Produktdaten- und Dokumentenmanagement.

Neben den unmittelbar durch Inventor erzeugten Produktstrukturen, Stücklisten und Zeichnungen können mit PRO.FILE beliebige weitere produkt- oder projektbezogene Dokumente verwaltet werden. Dazu gehören Spezifikationen, Berechnungen, Änderungsanträge sowie Inventor-Unterlagen, die automatisch in PDF/A überführt wurden. Darüber hinaus steuert PRO.FILE Entwicklungs-, Freigabe- sowie Änderungsprozesse und dokumentiert diese.

Mit den aktuellen Freigaben unterstreicht PROCAD sein langfristiges Commitment als Anbieter von PDM/PLM-Lösungen für AutoCAD- und Inventor-Anwender. Für die Nutzer der abgekündigten PDM-Lösung Productstream Professional bietet PRO.FILE somit eine Perspektive für ein Datenmanagement, das alle Anforderungen im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau unterstützt. Als Multi-CAD-Lösung verfügt PRO.FILE zusätzlich über Schnittstellen zu allen wichtigen 3D-CAD-Systemen sowie Elektrik-CAD- und Elektronik-CAD-Systemen.
