PFAFF Industrial and E.H. TUREL & Company show German technology at Garment Technology Fair 2012 in Dehli/India

(PresseBox) (Kaiserslautern, )
At the booth of E.H. TUREL & Company, PFAFF Industrial will show several solutions for the sections shirts, trousers, jackets and technical textiles. For example for shirt production, the PLUSLINE machines PFAFF 2481 and PFAFF 2483 will be exhibited. The sensor-controlled PLUSLINE machines recognize the edge and set a precise corner stitch automatically. They support the operator's handling with programmed operating cycles or with automatic sewing stops after the sewing direction has changed. PLUSLINE stands for increased performance with significant relief for the operator thanks to the most modern technology. The machines from the PLUSLINE generation guarantee an accurate, reproducible quality with a high output. The PFAFF 2481 is a machine for controlled top-stitching of small parts such as collars, cuffs, flaps, shoulder flaps, sleeve clasps etc. The PFAFF 2483 is a machine for attaching small parts (e.g. breast pockets) on semi-finished cuttings.

With the PFAFF 3586, an automatic sewing machine for darts and waistband pleats will be presented. The machine stands for consistent seam quality due to accurately reproducible seams. The machine sews darts on trousers, skirts and blouses (max. seam length 250mm/seam depth 35mm) and waistband pleats on trousers and skirts (max. seam length 250mm / pleat depth 70mm). Maximum output due to partially overlapping work method is guaranteed. Without doubt, the PFAFF 3586 is the most powerful automatic short seam sewing machine on the market.

The PFAFF 3801 is an integrated sewing unit for pre-gathering sleeves and bridle-taping armholes. Attaching sleeves is a difficult sewing operation requiring a great deal of experience and skill. This operation is greatly simplifed and the quality improved by the pre-gathering of the sleeve head on the PFAFF 3801. High performance and short training times are outstanding features of this workplace. The automatic work programme with the special feed system (adjustable top feed in conjunction with the differential bottom feed) guarantees an even and accurate application of fullness. E.H. TUREL & Company will show the PFAFF 3801 at the Garment Technology Expo in Dehli.

PFAFF Industriesysteme und Maschinen GmbH

PFAFF Industrial is the "One and Only" offering sewing and welding solutions. During the fair in Dehli, PFAFF and TUREL will exhibit two ultrasonic welding machines and one hot-air welding machine. The ultrasonic welding machine PFAFF 8312 uniquely combines all the physical advantages of ultrasonic welding with the whole range of technological sewing experience. On the 8312 Seamsonic, the workpiece is held between the sonotrode and the anvil wheel and welded continuously under pressure. When welding continuously by the ultrasonic method, the material to be welded will be subjected to rapid changing pressure vibrations. The heat develops because of molecular vibrations beneath the material surface, for thin materials within the immediate vicinity of the actual weld. The 8312 realizes two manufacturing processes in one flow (Cut & Seal) with minimum seam width (micro seam) at high firmness.
