Zum 1. September 2011 übernahm Ilka Domberg die Leitung der Abteilung Service bei der Ovidius GmbH, dem Softwarespezialisten für die Technische Dokumentation. Die 41-Jährige verantwortet jetzt den Service für TCToolbox, das XML-Redaktionssystem von Ovidius, und wird zentrale Ansprechpartnerin für die Kunden. Zu ihren Aufgaben zählen der Ausbau des Serviceangebots sowie die Projektplanung und -koordination.

Mit Ilka Domberg gewinnt Ovidius eine Expertin im Bereich der Technischen Dokumentation. Die Diplom-Redakteurin leitet seit mehreren Jahren die Regionalgruppe Berlin/Brandenburg der tekom, Gesellschaft für Technische Kommunikation e.V.
