Windows 10 Unterstützung von NovaBACKUP ab Anfang August

NovaStor unterstützt immer die neusten Microsoft Technologien. So wird die NovaBACKUP Server und PC Produktreihe als erste Backup & Restore Software ab August auch das neue Microsoft Betriebssystem Windows 10 unterstützen.

Hamburg / Deutschland, 16.07.2015 – Sofortige Unterstützung von Microsoft Technologien hat bei dem Hamburger Hersteller von Backup und Restore Software eine lange Tradition. NovaStor wird ab August Windows 10 Backup ermöglichen. Das neue Microsoft Betriebssystem wird am 29.Juli gelauncht. Direkt nach dem offiziellen Launch von Windows 10 stellt NovaStor, als Microsoft Gold Application Development Partner die Kompatibilität mit NovaBACKUP sicher. Das neuste Update von NovaBACKUP ist für Anfang August geplant. Ein genauer Termin für das Update wird noch bekanntgegeben. Anwender können dann problemlos NovaBACKUP 17.1 auf Windows 10 installieren und nutzen.

Möglichkeiten für Windows 10 Backup und Restore

Laut Microsoft wird es möglich sein kostenfrei von Windows 7 und 8.x auf 10 zu wechseln. NovaStors Produktmanager Wolfgang Rudloff empfiehlt folgende Strategie: „Ein Backup vor dem Upgrade auf Windows 10 ist auf jeden Fall empfohlen. Mit dem Update auf NovaBACKUP 17.1 geben wir den Anwendern die Möglichkeit ein professionelles, einfaches Backup durchzuführen. Dafür empfehlen wir, NovaBACKUP 17.1 auf dem aktuellen Windows System zu installieren und dann ein Datei Backup und ein Image Backup des Systems zu machen. Sollte etwas beim Upgrade nicht funktionieren, ist man abgesichert und kann je nach Bedarf Anwenderdaten und das komplette System wieder auf den Ausgangszustand zurück bringen.“

Entsprechende Best-Practice Anleitungen und Informationen werden mit dem Release des NovaBACKUP Updates veröffentlicht.
