Der Auftragswert in Höhe von EUR 23 Mio. umfasst die Planung, Lieferung und Inbetriebnahme der mechanischen Systeme für die Startanlagen der zukünftigen Trägerrakete ARIANE 6. Die Übergabe der Anlagen an CNES und ESA ist für Mai 2018 geplant.
MT Aerospace ist maßgeblich an der Entwicklung und Industrialisierung des ARIANE 6-Trägersystems beteiligt. Mit einem Industrieanteil von ca. 10% betreibt die MT Aerospace als "Risk-Share-Partner" und "Cluster Prime" für Metall-Strukturen technische Innovationen und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit für diese zukünftige Trägerrakete.
“Dieser Auftrag ist für MT Aerospace ein weiteres wichtiges Vorhaben in unserer 40-jährigen Tradition, Bodenanlagen im Europäischen Raumfahrtzentrum für ESA, CNES und Arianespace zu realisieren“, sagt Hans J.
