Pünktlich zum Start ins Jahr 2015 tritt bei der mention Software GmbH eine aktive Unterstützung für die Gesundheit der Mitarbeiter in Kraft. Unser Unternehmen möchte neben der allgemeinen Fitness auch Erkrankungen der Atemwege und im speziellen Krebserkrankungen vorbeugen.

Daher erhalten ab dem 1. Januar 2015 alle Mitarbeiter der mention Software GmbH zwei zusätzliche Urlaubstage, insofern Sie dem Rauchen widerstehen. Dabei gilt dies zumindest für den Weg zur Arbeit, die Arbeitszeit inklusive Pausen wie auch den Weg nach Hause. Doch die mention Software GmbH unterstützt seine Mitarbeiter auch bei der aktiven Krebsvorsorge. So werden unsere Mitarbeiter für den Besuch beim Facharzt zur Krebsvorsorge mit einem weiteren zusätzlichen Urlaubstag belohnt.

Neben dem Anreiz von Urlaubstagen tragen natürlich auch gemeinschaftliche Unternehmungen (wie der vergangene Berliner Firmenlauf 2014) zum Wir-Gefühl sowie der allgemeinen Fitness bei.
