Pünktlich zur Cebit: MagiC-Orga-App nun im Store!

Neben zahlreichen Möglichkeiten, die die MagiC-Orga mittelständischen Kunden bislang bot, kommen nun auch Nutzer von Iphone / Ipad und Android voll auf Ihre Kosten.

Pünktlich zum heutigen Cebit-Start ist die MagiC-Orga App geprüft und offiziell im App-Store sowie im Android Market erreichbar.

Im Kundentermin direkt die Erinnerung an das zu erstellende Angebot speichern, dem Kollegen unterwegs den entscheidenden Hinweis geben, damit dieser weiterarbeiten kann - nur auszugsweise zwei Möglichkeiten, die sich mit der neuen App für MagiC-Orga Kunden erschließen.

Mit der speziell für Mobilgeräte entwickelten App haben Kunden Zugriff auf die Unternehmenskommunikation gleich ob E-Mail, Telefon, Telefax oder Dokumentenarchiv. Termine sind ohne Synchronisation am heimischen Rechner auf dem Smartphone verfügbar und die Kontaktdaten ebenfalls immer auf dem aktuellen Stand, Bearbeitungsstände lassen sich abrufen und kurze Notizen an das Team von unterwegs schreiben.

Dadurch werden Kommunikationswege der Aussendienst- und Home-Office Mitarbeiter deutlich verkürzt.

Die neue App ist für MagiC-Orga Kunden kostenfrei im Android Market sowie im AppStore für iPhone / iPad verfügbar.
