Industrie 4.0 hat weitreichende Auswirkungen auf die Planung moderner Logistikimmobilien. Auch in unsicheren, von Veränderungen geprägten Zeiten ist es notwendig, nachhaltige Konzepte zu entwickeln. Und die Erfahrung zeigt, dass dieses auch gelingt. Hilfreich ist dabei eine integrale 3D-Planung mit BIM-Techniken.

Wichtig sind aber auch die Aspekte Nachhaltigkeit und Nutzerorientierung – Energieeffizienz, CO2-Neutralität, Zertifizierung und Wiederverwertbarkeit. Zudem kann eine gut geplante Logistikimmobilie einen Beitrag zur Corporate Architecture leisten und muss die Anforderungen an den Arbeitsplatz in der Logistik 4.0 entsprechen sowie Bau- und planungsrechtliche Aspekte regelkonform berücksichtigten.

Die Fachtagung wurde für Architekten und Planer, Vertreter von Bauherren und Betreiber von Logistikimmobilien aus Industrie und Handel sowie an Projektentwickler und beratende Unternehmen konzipiert.
