Laserköpfe leiten das Licht von Faserlasern einfach und sicher auf das Werkstück. LASER COMPONENTS‘ Partner HAAS Technologies, Inc. bietet unterschiedliche Variationen an:

Die Laserköpfe der G6-Serie sind für Faserlaser mit hohen Leistungen zwischen 4 - 5 kW entwickelt worden und werden z.B. für Hochgeschwindigkeits- Schneidanwendungen verwendet. Die Anwenderfreundlichkeit spielt hier eine zentrale Rolle: Schubladen ermöglichen den einfachen Wechsel von Optiken, um beispielsweise schnell die Brennweite zu tauschen. Auch der Austausch der Schutzgläser ist auf diese Weise komfortabel möglich. Zur Anwendung kommen Standard Ø1.1‘‘ Optiken.

Das G6-System ist besonders variabel: Es können viele Brennweitenkombinationen eingesetzt werden, optional ist die Verwendung der patentierten TLC-Optik (mit reduzierter thermischer Linse) möglich. Es gibt einen QBH- und andere Faser-Anschlüsse und auch eine XY-Einstellung der Linsen ist möglich.

Die PHF-25-Serie ist für mittlere Leistungen bis 2kW einsetzbar. Für noch kleinere Leistungen um 100 W steht die neue PHFM-Serie zur Verfügung. Hier stehen besonders die kompakte Bauweise, die einfache Handhabung mit SMA-Faseranschluss und nicht zuletzt der attraktive Preis im Vordergrund. Eine Anwendung in diesem Leistungsbereich ist z.B. das Laserschweißen von Kunststoffen.
