InGaAs Zeilenarrays für schnelle und hochauflösende Messungen

LASER COMPONENTS begrüßt einen neuen Partner: Es ist die belgische Firma Xenics, für die der europaweite Vertrieb der Xlin Zeilenarrays übernommen wurde.

Xenics ist führender Hersteller von IR-Kameras sowie Arrays und hat dem Portfolio aktuell die Detektorserie "Xlin" hinzugefügt. Xlin sind Multiplex InGaAs-Zeilenarrays für schnelle und hochauflösende Messungen. Die Arrays gibt es mit 1024 oder 2048 Pixeln und 12 μm Pitch, ihre Elementhöhe beträgt wahlweise 12,5 μm oder 250 μm. Ausgerüstet sind die Detektoren mit einstufiger Peltierkühlung; eine dreistufige Kühlung ist wahlweise erhältlich. Beim 1024 Pixel Detektor ist eine Line Rate von 40 kHz möglich, beim 2048 Detektor beträgt dieser Wert 10 kHz.

Eingesetzt werden die linearen 1D und 2D InGaAs Zeilenarrays für spektroskopische Anwendungen und die Bildgebung.
