High-Power Laserspiegel reflektieren drei Wellenlängen

Neue Beschichtungstechnologie für kostengünstige Triple-Spiegel

LASER COMPONENTS hat ein neues Beschichtungsverfahren für Triple-Spiegel entwickelt, bei dem das komplexe Schichtsystem in einem Beschichtungsdurchgang gefertigt wird. Bisher wurden dafür zwei Beschichtungen eingesetzt, die nacheinander aufgebracht wurden. Das neue Verfahren ist nicht nur schnell, sondern bringt höhere Reflektivitäten bei den einzelnen Wellenlängen.

Beschichtet werden die Triple-Spiegel in einer neuen Anlage mit einer besonders hohen Fertigungskapazität. – Ein weiterer Vorteil, der sich positiv auf die Stückpreise auswirkt.

Triple-Spiegel werden beispielsweise bei Nd:YAG Lasersystemen verwendet, die bei der Grundwellenlänge 1064 nm (IR) emittieren und Oberwellen bei 532 nm (grün) und 355 nm (UV) haben. Die Wellenlängen-Kombinationen kann der Kunde individuell bestimmen, viele Zusammenstellungen sind möglich.
