Typenvielfalt bei diffraktiven optischen Elementen

Die Typenvielfalt diffraktiver optischer Elemente wächst stark: Holo/OR stellt Elemente mit komplett neuen Funktionen oder verbesserten Eigenschaften ebenso vor wie kostengünstigere Varianten bestehender DOEs.

Für Kundenwünsche gibt es stets ein offenes Ohr und häufig können Wunschprodukte überraschend preiswert realisiert werden. Durch die Vertriebspartnerschaft mit LASER COMPONENTS stehen den Kunden regionale Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung, die im täglichen Kontakt mit dem Hersteller stehen.

Daraus resultierend wurden jüngst neue Multispot-Vortex-Elemente für Schweißanwendungen vorgestellt, bei denen zwei Donut-Profile hintereinander angeordnet sind. Ebenfalls gibt es jetzt DOEs, bei denen 11 Fokuspunkte hintereinander gesetzt werden, um der ansonsten geringen Fokustiefe entgegenzuwirken. Erstaunlich kostengünstig sind die TopHat DOEs für Scanneranwendungen, bei denen die Strahlformung mit sehr kleinen Sports erfolgt, die bis zu 1,5x beugungsbegrenzt sind. Die Elemente gibt es als Linie, mit quadratischem oder rundem Spot. Als Besondersheit gelten die DOEs, bei denen aus dem Gaußstrahl des Lasers ein Airy Beam erzeugt wird. Unter einem Airy Beam versteht man dabei eine nicht diffraktive Wellenform, welche sich nicht entlang der Strahlachse bewegt, sondern bei der Propagation verbiegt und einem parabolischem Bogen folgt.
