Die kühn & weyh Software Gmbh, Mitglied der PDF-Association, ist in diesem Jahr auch mit einem Vortrag auf den PDF Days in Köln vertreten.
Unter dem Titel: "Geht doch: Papierlose Kommunikation mit den Kunden" hält Klaus Ganter, Geschäftsführer von kühn & weyh, einen Vortrag, in dem er ausfüllbare PDF-Formulare in einer Output-Lösung vorstellt.

Die Serie M/ von kühn & weyh erfüllt bereits sechs wichtige PDF-Spezialstandards. Neben PDF/A für die Langzeitarchivierung sind dies PDF/X, PDF für ausfüllbare Formulare, PDF/UA, ZUGFerD und PDF/VT. Die PDF-Thematik im Rahmen moderner Kundenkommunikation ist bei kühn & weyh generell sehr wichtig: "PDF besitzt den Charme einer gut funktionierenden Patchwork-Familie. Sie vereinigt einander fremde, ja widersprüchliche Elemente unter einem Dach", so Ganter in einem Interview, das die BIT mit ihm anlässlich des 14. Expertentags in Freiburg führte.
