The inline inspection applications of the Vision Experts GmbH are particularly focused on the inspection of metal printing and packaging printing for the pharmaceutical industry.
ISRA expects scale and synergy effects over the medium term from joined target markets and the global sales of the expanded product portfolio through ISRA's infrastructure with more than 25 international subsidiaries worldwide. The management plans to successfully finalize the integration within the next two quarters. The team of Vision Experts will be brought together with the ISRA subsidiary in Karlsruhe. For the current financial year (calendar year), Vision Experts anticipates a profitable growth above 20 percent in revenues to the amount of more than 3 million euros.
