Intense ECM Release 1.1 ist auf dem Markt

Die Intense AG hat ihr Exception Clearing Monitoring (ECM) erweitert, um weiterhin den Bedürfnissen unserer Kunden am Markt gerecht zu werden, hat die Intense AG. Mit dem Release 1.1 wurde das Klärfallbearbeitungs-Tool um eine Pivot Funktion im neuen ECM-Dashboard erweitert. Mit dieser neuen Komponente können identische Klärfälle schneller Bearbeitet werden, darüber hinaus kann sie auch als Monitoring-Tool eingesetzt werden. Weitere Neuerung ist eine Vertreterfunktion, über welche Sachbearbeiter die Klärfälle ihrer Kollegen übernehmen können um diese z.B. als Urlaubs- oder Kranken-Vertretung weiter zu bearbeiten. Darüber hinaus wurde die Weiterleitungsfunktion erweitert und ermöglicht jetzt eine Weiterleitung der Klärfall auch an Organisationseinheiten oder Planstellen.

Auch mit dem neuen Release 1.1 bleibt das ECM weiterhin kompatibel und modifikationsfrei zum BPEM-Standard.
