IHK begrüßt Aufstockung des Personals beim Landesbetrieb für Straßenbau

"Angesichts des jahrelangen Sanierungsstaus auf unseren Straßen begrüßen wir die geplante Aufstockung des Personals beim Landesbetrieb für Straßenbau. Die Engpässe bei der Planung werden so spürbar geringer. Damit besteht die Chance, die Verkehrsinfrastruktur im Saarland in den kommenden Jahren deutlich aufzuwerten - insbesondere durch den Ersatzneubau der Luisenthaler Brücke in Völklingen, den Neubau der Grumbachtalbrücke bei St. Ingbert-Sengscheid oder den Neubau der Illtalbrücke bei Illingen. Zudem könnte der Ausbau der A 8 von und nach Luxemburg durch zusätzliches Fachpersonal für die Überwachung der Baumaßnahme beschleunigt werden", so IHK-Hauptgeschäftsführer Dr. Heino Klingen.
