IHK-Publikation informiert zur Erbschaftssteuerreform

Lange wurde um sie gerungen, rückwirkend zum 1.Juli 2016 sind die Neuregelungen des Erbschaftsteuergesetzes in Kraft getreten. Damit erhalten eigentümer- und familiengeführte Betriebe sowie ihre Nachfolger nun endlich wieder Rechtssicherheit. Allerdings wird das Gesetz Herausforderungen mit sich bringen und den Mittelstand unter dem Strich steuerlich stärker belasten.

Ein Leitfaden der IHK-Organisation gibt auf 253 Seiten einen Überblick über die vielfältigen Neuregelungen im Erbschaft- und Steuerrecht, im Vordergrund stehen die Übertragungen von Betriebsvermögen. Zahlreiche Beispiele und Grafiken stellen den praktischen Bezug her.
