Kostenfreie Informationsveranstaltung am 31. Januar

Die Industrie- und Handelskammer (IHK) Bonn/Rhein-Sieg richtet eine kostenfreie Informationsveranstaltung zum Thema „Unternehmen sichern, schenken und vererben“ aus. Sie findet am Dienstag, 31. Januar, 14 bis ca. 18 Uhr, in der IHK Bonn/Rhein-Sieg, Bonner Talweg 17, 53113 Bonn, statt. „Nach der Reform der Erbschaftssteuer wird in vielen Unternehmen darüber nachgedacht, wie Unternehmerinnen und Unternehmer ihren Betrieb für die Zukunft sichern können“, erläutert Detlev Langer, Bereichsleiter Recht und Steuern der IHK Bonn/Rhein-Sieg: „Hierzu zählen nicht nur Überlegungen zum Testament und Steuerfragen, sondern auch ein Blick auf die Notfallplanung, zu erteilende Vollmachten, die Bestellung eines Notgeschäftsführers und vieles mehr.“ Die Veranstaltung soll einen Einblick in die Gestaltungspotentiale und Handlungsspieleräume geben, die das Unternehmen in seiner Fortführung sichern.
