Info I Vorträge beim Regierungspräsidium Freiburg

Am 05.07.2016 hielt unsere Trainerin Simone Hauswald im Rahmen des Gesundheitstages des Regierungspräsidiums Freiburg einen Vortrag zum Thema „Mentaltraining - nicht nur im Sport, sondern für´s Leben!“. Den Teilnehmern wurde vermittelt, dass Mentaltraining auch eine Art Lebenseinstellung ist, die hilft, bewusster und leichter mit alltäglichen Situationen umzugehen. Die Teilnehmer konnten in kleinen Übungen live erleben, was mit mentalen Techniken möglich ist und es gab viele  "AHA- Erlebnisse".

Im Anschluss an den Vortrag konnten sich die Teilnehmer noch an der Biathlonlaseranlage versuchen und die gezeigten Mentaltechniken direkt ausprobieren. In Zukunft bieten  Simone Hauswald und Anke Faller (Bewegungsexpertin & Nordic Walking Mastertrainerin)  dieses Paket aus Vortag und Biathlon Interessierten an.
