Solutions around cables for the factory of the future

(PresseBox) (Tornesch, )
The theme of this year’s Industry Fair in Hanover, Germany (HMI) is integrated, networked industry. Without cables and wires, the vision of the factory of the future is unlikely to become a reality. Against the background of challenges in the Industry 4.0 era, HellermannTyton (hall 13, stand C69) presents a wide range of innovative products and system solutions for the optimal management of cables in industrial plants.

Product highlights at a glance:
• Optimised HelaDuct wiring ducts and accessories
• High quality RELICON cast resins and 2-component gels
• The process-safe Autotool 2000 CPK bundling system
• The revolutionary EVO9 manual tensioning tool for cable ties.

The new, high-quality HelaDuct wiring channels and accessories have been optimised for use in electrical panel and switchgear building. The careful selection and processing of the components provides maximum protection for both cables and installers during the installation.

HellermannTyton exhibits the 2-component-gel RELICON Religel for the first time at the HMI. Religel is easy to dose accurately and ideal for encapsulating electronic components or junction boxes in low- and medium-voltage applications. In addition, the non-labelled silicone gel provides excellent insulation and sealing whilst absorbing vibrations. Religel is available in different quantities and has an unlimited storage life when unopened.

Try it out for yourself!

According to the motto "Experts know best" visitors to the HellermannTyton HMI stand can give the HelaDuct system the "Expert-Check" by trying it out there and then. This hands-on experience helps visitors understand the advantages of the HelaDuct system during assembly and gives them the opportunity to glean practical tips from the cable management experts.

Also available for testing is HellermannTyton’s brand new EVO9 manual tensioning tool for cable ties, which is designed for high load, heavy duty applications. Unique technology in the EVO family of tools significantly reduces the “kickback” that occurs with other manual cable tie guns and minimizes repetitive strain on the operator.
