Clean, low noise and ready to operate after a short time

The HAVER INTEGRA® is setting new standards as a packing system for chemicals

(PresseBox) (Oelde, )
The HAVER INTEGRA® is a fully automatic packing system for filling chemicals into 5 - 50 kg valve-bags at speeds of up to 700 bags/hr. Through a careful match-up between the product, packaging and machine, optimum utilisation is guaranteed for the user. HAVER & BOECKER is presenting its proven INTEGRA® concept at INTERPACK in Düsseldorf.

With this packing system the components of valve-bag applicator, filling system, valve sealing unit, control technology, operating unit and discharge belt are all encapsulated inside a dust-tight housing. This means the packing system's surroundings remain clean and the cleaning costs are minimised. Moreover the housing provides for a quieter workplace

The entire unit, pneumatic lines and wiring are completely pre-assembled at the factory, and so preliminary settings and function tests already possible at the manufacturer. Assembly and putting into operation at the site are done using the plug 'n pack concept. This means the packing machine only needs to be connected to the product feed and energy supply lines at the customer before it is finely set to the specific properties of the customer's product. This leads to short start-up times and reduced installation costs

Depending on customer performance requirements, the HAVER INTEGRA® is equipped with 1 to 4 filling spouts. Bag handling is fully automatic. Using ultrasound the valve-bags are tightly sealed directly after filling and so dust-tight bags are produced. Change-overs to other weights and product types are quick and easy.

A main component of the INTEGRA® system is the automatic bag applicator. With a linear motion it takes empty valve-bags from the bag magazine and places them on the filling spout. Leading the way into the future is the integrated vertical empty bag magazine. The magazine is easily accessible through large doors and can be easily filled by operating personnel.
