In nahezu allen Lebensbereichen ist die Zunahme von automatisiert ablaufenden Prozessen ein wesentlicher Faktor geworden, welcher Wachstum und Wirtschaftlichkeit sichert. Dabei nimmt die eindeutige Erkennung von Objekten eine neue Rolle mit wachsender Bedeutung ein. Mit RFID (engl. radio-frequency identification „Identifizierung mit Hilfe elektromagnetischer Wellen“) steht dafür eine Technologie zur Verfügung, die Sender-Empfänger-Systeme zum automatischen und berührungslosen Identifizieren und Lokalisieren von Objekten und Lebewesen mit Radiowellen bezeichnet.
 
In einem Demo-Szenario nutzt unserer Packtischanwendung it.x-pack RFID-Technologie (HARTING RF350-MIICA-Box und HARTING Antenne) für die Automatisierung und Validierung von Verpackungsprozessen im finalen Versandschritt. Die gleiche Technologie kommt noch einmal für eine Verladeprüfung zum Einsatz und bringt die folgenden Vorteile:
  • Vollautomatische Erkennung und Anlage der Handling Unit(s).
  • Vollautomatisches Verpacken.
  • Identifizierung und Verprobung der verpackten Materialen.
  • Beschleunigung Ihrer Packprozesse und Verladescannung.
  • Maximale Sicherheit und Transparenz z.B. beim Versand von Gefahrgut.
Dieses Demo-Szenario möchten wir Ihnen in einem von den beiden folgenden Webinar-Terminen unter dem Titel "it.x-pack goes RFID - RFID-Technologie für den Versand" gern vorstellen. Gemeinsam mit unserem RFID-Partner Harting zeigen wir Ihnen die Möglichkeiten, die RFID bietet auf.
