Herr Jürgen Schrade aus Nienburg (Weser) feiert am 1. Januar 2017 sein 25-jähriges Betriebsjubiläum. Seit April 2013 befindet sich Herr Schrade in Altersteilzeit.

Seinen Einstieg bei HARTING fand er im Januar 1992 als Gruppenleiter Einkauf im Zentralbereich Kaufmännisches Ressort. Von Juni 1999 bis Dezember 2001 war er als Abteilungsleiter Han tätig. Von Januar 2002 bis Oktober 2008 leitete er den Einkauf der HARTING Electric GmbH & Co. KG. Nach der Zentralisierung des Einkaufs in der HARTING KGaA war er dort von November 2008 bis März 2015 als Gruppenleiter Einkauf tätig.
