Herr Günter Krohn, der Geschäftsführer würdigte das andauernde Engagement des Maschinenführers der Industrieproduktionsabläufe. Begonnen als einfacher Maschinenmitarbeiter habe sich Wenzel mit den Jahren immer weiter fortgebildet und übernahm mehr und mehr Verantwortung. Krohn überreichte denn auch Wenzel eine Ehrenurkunde der Industrie- und Handelskammer und bedankte sich bei Bernd Wenzel für seine Treue und sein großes Engagement.
