SERCOS III heißt hardware-basierte Synchronisation für sichere Realisierung anspruchsvoller Positioniervorgänge - Diese Datenschnittstelle bietet halstrup-walcher jetzt auch bei den intelligenten Positioniersystemen für den Maschinenbau an; auch für spezielle Anwendungen im Hygienic - Design im Bereich Lebensmittel und Reinraumanwendungen.

Für industrielle Automatisierungsanwendungen wie z.B. Formatverstellungen lassen sich Achsen mit SERCOS III nahtlos in Echtzeit Ethernet-Lösungen anbinden. Das Interface nutzt das Prinzip der zyklischen Übertragung mit exakt festem Zeitraster. Es können eine Vielzahl von Verstellachsen präzise synchronisiert werden. Die Netz-werkausdehnung ist nahezu unbeschränkt.

In der Positioniertechnik, ist Halstrup-walcher GmbH einer der führenden Anbieter von intelligenten Positioniersystemen mit hohem Integrationsgrad zur Positionierung von Stell- und Hilfsachsen. Differenzdruckmesstechnik von halstrup-walcher GmbH wird in einer weiten Palette für die Medien Luft und nicht aggressive Gase in +/- Druckbereichen für kleine Drücke von 0-10 Pa bis 0-100 kPa angeboten. Die Geräte sind jetzt auch in Reinräumen einsetzbar. In der Antriebstechnik stellt sich halstrup walcher den kundenspezifischen Anforderungen und bietet im Bereich der Stirnradgetriebe, Stell- und Linearantrieben Lösungen im Leistungsbereich bis 100 Nm an.
