No more than a month ago I could reproduce the problem. It was a deadlock due to two short-time consecutive fired system events in the Tp-Watcher. The problem most time affected Windows XP Systems, but could also be reproduced under certain circumstances at Windows 7 Desktops.
This problem has now been solved (knock knock on wood) within the current patch lyqmpyt.
