Erfolgreiche Firmenübergaben sind ein wichtiger Baustein zur Sicherung der Wirtschaftsstruktur in der gesamten Region.    

Das Dr. Werner Jackstädt-Zentrum der Hochschule Flensburg sowie die WiREG greifen dieses Thema auf und veranstalten am 4. November (17-19 Uhr) und 5. November (9-17 Uhr) im Technologiezentrum die Fachtagung „Innovative Ansätze zur Unternehmensnachfolge durch Mitarbeiterbeteiligung“.

Vertreter aus Wissenschaft, Politik und regionaler Wirtschaft sowie nachfolgeinteressierte Unternehmer haben die Möglichkeit, mit den Nachfolgeexperten Susanne Besecke (DWJZ), Dr. Fabian Geyer (Arbeitgeberverband), Nils Thoralf Jarck (IHK Lübeck), Michael Krämer (Krämer & Partner Planungsgesellschaft), Prof. Dr. Günther Otto (otto consult) und Prof. Dr. Kirsten Rohrlack (Hochschule Flensburg) zu diskutieren.
