Das neue Schraubverfahren DEPRAG Clamp Force Control (CFC) sorgt für höchste Prozesssicherheit in der Schraubmontage

Im Zuge der Leichtbauweise werden v.a. im Automotive-Bereich vermehrt Aluminium, weitere Leichtmetalle und Kunststoffe eingesetzt. Bei der dabei häufig verwendeten Direktverschraubung treten üblicherweise stark variierende Eindrehmomente auf. Auch die Verwendung eines drehmomentgesteuerten Anzugsverfahrens führt selbst bei höchster Abschaltgenauigkeit zu großen Schwankungen in der resultierenden Vorspannkraft.

Das neue adaptive Schraubverfahren DEPRAG Clamp Force Control (CFC) wirkt dem entgegen, indem es alle Reibeinflüsse bis zum Zeitpunkt der Kopfauflage eliminiert. Das Verfahren wird für EC-Servo Schrauber in Verbindung mit der Ablaufsteuerung AST40 eingesetzt und erzielt eine deutlich bessere Konstanz der Vorspannkraft. Mit dem CFC Schraubverfahren beweist DEPRAG erneut seine Innovationsstärke in der Schraubtechnik.
