Knapp 90 Prozent der Arbeitnehmer in Deutschland sind der Meinung, dass die neue digitale Arbeitswelt mit den bestehenden Strukturen des eigenen Unternehmens nicht zu meistern ist. Knapp 60 Prozent fordern, das starre Hierarchiedenken abzulösen. Gut jeder Vierte stellt sogar die traditionelle Rolle der Führungskräfte grundsätzlich in Frage. Das sind Ergebnisse der Studie „Digitale Agenda 2020 – Human Resources“ von CSC (NYSE: CSC). Dazu wurden 1.000 vollzeitbeschäftigte Arbeitnehmer in Deutschland befragt.

Die neue digitale Arbeitswelt fordert aus Arbeitnehmersicht grundlegend neue Weichenstellungen für die Zusammenarbeit der gesamten Belegschaft. Als wichtige Erfolgsfaktoren der Arbeit 4.0 sehen die Befragten flexiblere Arbeitsstrukturen.
