Bereits 2013 gewinnt das Beratungshaus den "Deutschen Bildungspreis" aufgrund "besonders vorbildlicher Leistungen im Bildungs- und Talentmanagement". Fast 40 Unternehmen wurden seit 2012 auditiert.

Nun veröffentlichen die TÜV SÜD Akademie und EuPD Research in Zusammenarbeit mit zahlreichen Preisträgern, darunter auch ConVista, das Buch "Best Practice im Bildungs- und Talentmanagement" und tragen über 100 Ideen, Umsetzungsbeispiele und Tipps zusammen. Sabine Goebbels, Managerin Human Resources, erläutert in diesem Rahmen die Best Practices der ConVista, seien es die Einarbeitungsprozesse neuer Mitarbeiter, das Skillmanagement oder der sogenannte Leadership Compass.
