Individualsoftwareunternehmen haben es schwer, sind die Aufträge zur Zufriedenheit der Kunden fertiggestellt kommen nicht immer Folgeaufträge. Fehlen diese, sind IT-Unternehmer manchmal gezwungen gut ausgebildete Softwareentwickler und/oder Consultants zu entlassen.
