codia Software auf der DMS EXPO 2012: ECM auf Knopfdruck für die Öffentliche Verwaltung

Vertreter öffentlicher Verwaltungen können sich auf der DMS EXPO (23. – 25.10.2012, Messe Stuttgart) bei der codia Software GmbH über Posteingangslösungen und vollständig elektronische Aktenführung informieren. Am d.velop-Partnerstand Halle 5 Stand C11 stellt der ECM-Spezialist seine Lösungen für die öffentliche Verwaltung auf Basis der führenden Dokumenten-Management-Plattform d.3 vor.

„Effizienz leicht gemacht – ECM auf Knopfdruck für die Öffentliche Verwaltung“ heißt das Messemotto von codia. Zum Ausstellungsprogramm gehören auch Lösungen für Schriftgutverwaltung/Aktenplan, automatisierte Rechnungseingangsbearbeitung und -freizeichnung sowie die Integration in kommunale Fachverfahren.

Laurenz Stecking, Geschäftsführer der codia Software GmbH: „Wir zeigen Behördenvertretern den Weg zu einem maßgeschneiderten digitalen Aktenplan auf. Außerdem präsentieren wir live den kompletten Prozess der digitalen Rechnungsbearbeitung, vom Erfassen der Eingangsbelege mit automatischer Erkennung bis hin zur revisionssicheren Belegablage im d.3 System.
