CELUM’s success in 2015 can be traced back to the many technological innovations with which the company impressed their clients in the last year. CELUM introduced a completely new, innovative and user-friendly user interface, and brought new connectors to third party systems to the market. ‘One of our wins, for example, was the integration of CELUM DAM with the SAP hybris commerce solution. We developed a new technological connection to help users manage and seamlessly enter product information and multimedia content in a way that saves a lot of time,’ explained CEO Michael J. Kräftner.
In addition to existing connectors, CELUM now also offers connections to Microsoft Sharepoint and the cloud service Microsoft Azure, as well as leading providers such as e-Spirit, EPiServer or movingimage. The many new features in the CELUM product portfolio, like the new role-based permission system, a statistics and analysis tool and a new REST API interface secure this DAM market leader’s position as technological pioneers.
Furthermore, their partner network was expanded significantly by 15 companies, including internationally active implementation partners such as Cognizant or Reply Portaltech. ‘Our investment in expanding our partner network has had a considerable effect on sales within one year, and we are continuing to grow full steam ahead,’ enthused Michael Sahlender, VP Sales & Marketing.
CELUM has also secured its market position in enterprise. 48 new customers were acquired in this segment in 2015, including renowned companies and brands such as Ernst Klett Verlag, Ricola, AL-KO, Globus Baumarkt and the American smartwatch market leader, Pebble. This growth is reflected by the Linz-based company’s recruiting, as CELUM welcomes plenty of new employees to Product Development and the Professional Services Team, as well as having doubled the sales team at the beginning of the year due to outstanding market development.
