Grupo Vips confirms its confidence in BT
The new contract reinforces the existing relationship between BT and Grupo Vips and will directly improve the efficiency and quality of their communications, their management and the efficiency of their cost structure.
Antonio Sanzano, Director of Communications and Infrastructure at Grupo Vips, said: "We've chosen BT's iVPN service because with more than 150.000 customers per day we need to make sure that the connections between our restaurants work at 100 per cent in order to guarantee top level quality service. Thanks to this technological innovation we are able to increase the performance of our supply chain, while making considerable savings".
