Die wesentlichen Eigenschaften - hohe Tragkraft, robuste Ausführung, einfacher Transport und sekundenschnelle Montage - wurden genauso erhalten wie die Verarbeitungsmöglichkeit von Platten an der Decke und Wand. Mit dem neuen manuellen Plattenlift lassen sich Platten bis Deckenhöhe 3,70 Meter und Wandhöhe 5,30 Meter montieren. Der Plattenträger wurde vom Schwestermodell übernommen und ist für alle am Markt gängigen Plattenmaße geeignet. Das max. Zuladegewicht liegt bei 80 kg, so daß auch Brandschutzplatten ohne Probleme verarbeitet werden können. Der Hebemechanismus erfolgt mit einer Zahnstange, welche von einem Untersetzungsgetriebe per Handkurbel angetrieben wird. Der Plattenlift verfügt ebenfalls über eine Absturzsicherung, um im Ernstfall das Abstürzen von Gewichten in ausgefahrenem Zustand zu verhindern.
Wie beim Schwestermodell beträgt die untere Ladekante 2 cm für vertikale Plattenaufnahme, so daß auch der manuelle Plattenlift als Einmann Gerät eingesetzt werden kann.
Das Gesamtgewicht beträgt 53 kg, wovon das Chassis 33 kg und die Plattenvorrichtung 20 kg wiegen. Der Transport kann ohne Probleme mit einem Standard Kombi erfolgen.
Mit dem manuellen Plattenlift setzt bluetec erneut Maßstäbe da wie bei allen Maschinen großer Wert auf die physische Entlastung des Anwenders gelegt wurde. Damit lassen sich auch die besonders schweren Brandschutzplatten ohne große Probleme verarbeiten.
