bze eröffnet neues Ausbildungsjahr in Chemnitz mit 32 Auszubildenden

Die bildungszentrum energie GmbH (bze) begrüßte am 24. August 2016 in Chemnitz feierlich 32 neue Auszubildende aus acht Unternehmen.

Die bze bietet als Ausbildungsverbund im neuen Ausbildungsjahr an ihren Standorten in Chemnitz, Falkenberg/Elster und Halle (Saale) insgesamt 148 Lehrstellen in 12 Berufen und dualen Studiengängen bei 35 Partnerunternehmen an.

In den Bewerbungsverfahren machen sich die Auswirkungen des Demografiewandels deutlich bemerkbar. Dem soll mit stetig neuen Kooperationen entgegen gewirkt werden. „Wir freuen uns, auch in diesem Jahr wieder neue Partner im Ausbildungsverbund der bze begrüßen zu können. Nur gemeinsam gelingt es uns, die Herausforderungen der demografischen Entwicklung zu meistern", so bze-Geschäftsführerin Emlhzwn Cgpafmmczt.
