BELECTRIC'S MILDURA SOLAR PLANT PROVES FIRST YEAR OF RELIABLE ELECTRICITY GENERATION

(PresseBox) (Kolitzheim, )
Kolitzheim/Victoria: The 3.5MWp solar plant which was developed and constructed by BELECTRIC in Mildura Australia recently concluded its first year of production. The power plant was constructed between November 2013 and March 2014, the grid connection application supported by Clean Technology Partners. Since then it has been generating electricity into the local grid with the energy purchased by Diamond Energy through a PPA agreement. BELECTRIC monitors the power plant online from their global operation center and provides local O&M services.

The Mildura solar power plant has a proven track record of more than 98.5% uptime and serves as a reliable solar power generator. The power plant is featured by BELECTRIC's latest hot climate power option to provide durable solar energy in hot, remote and desert environments. The Mildura solar power plant along with a new large scale solar system built by BELECTRIC in Australia during 2015 proves its competence in the development and execution of large solar projects in Australia. An understanding of the local environment and market along with 14 years of technological experience are the essential factors for serving Australian customers with reliable and affordable solar energy. “Although the large scale solar industry in Australia is very small at the moment BELECTRIC was able to gain significant project execution experience and prove the suitability of our latest power plant technology to the Australian hot climate, offering high system reliability.” said Nir Dekel, CEO BELECTRIC Australia. With its experience in Australia and other parts of the world BELECTRIC energy solutions are proven in all weather conditions.
