BAVARIA Industriekapital AG acquires Norwegian paper manufacturer Hunsfos

The stock-listed company BAVARIA Industriekapital AG has signed a contract for the acquisition of the Norwegian paper manufacturer Hunsfos Fabrikker AS from Cham Paper Group. The plant Hunsfos in South Norway generates annual revenues of Euro 50 million with 120 employees and manufactures uncoated specialty grade papers.

"Hunsfos Fabrikker is among the leading market players in Europe in the segment of industrial packaging material. The implementation of BAVARIA's Operating System will optimize the plant.
