At today’s 109th Annual General Meeting of ANDRITZ AG, the shareholders agreed to raise the dividend to 1.35 euros per share for the 2015 business year. This is an increase of 35% compared to the previous year (2014 business year: 1.00 euros). The ex-dividend date is April 1, 2016, and the date of dividend payment is April 5, 2016.
