Bernard Delahaye's previous roles include European general management positions at BIS Banking Systems (now Misys) and international director roles at VeriFone with responsibilities for EMEA, Asia, and Latin America. Building on his experience at the forefront of international business, he also advised other leading financial technology companies in the development of their EMEA activities - from strategic plans to go-to-market implementations, alliances, and mergers and acquisitions. He most recently served as a director at First Data in its EMEA merchant acquiring business.

Mr. Delahaye holds a Summa Cum Laude BSc. in Business Management from ERAU University (Arizona, USA). He also completed the international management programme at INSEAD (France).
