Sutor Bank has made it an objective to drive new customer canvassing systematically by using a modern marketing mix. However, the existing systems were only suitable in part for properly addressing target groups, making the decision to introduce Microsoft Dynamics CRM easy. “Acando convinced us from the get-go with their persuasive method and expertise when it comes to technology. Plus, the existing banking template showed us that we had a partner on our side with a great deal of experience in financial processes,” stated Peer Geercken, Project Manager at Sutor Bank, as the reason for choosing Acando as partner in the project and implementation.
Acando accompanied Sutor Bank from the inception with an agile project procedure and thus achieved go-live in just two months. During this period, requirements were defined, a business concept was created as the basis for implementing and adjusting the system, users were trained, and the go-live was carried out successfully. “For this implementation, we were able to use the best practices from previous projects. Moreover, our solution – Acando CRM for Banking – has many industry-specific additional functions, which only had to be adapted to the processes at Sutor Bank. These features made it possible to keep the tight deadlines, and the project ran on time,” reported Bernd Törber, responsible Client Relationship Manager, about the timely realization.
The management and IT consultancy Acando GmbH has been partners with Microsoft for many years with gold competency in the CRM area and is a certified solution partner with templates for various industries. In the Microsoft consulting business area, Acando employs about 50 consultants and is planning on growing even more in 2012.
