SHS VIVEON acquires buch.de as new customer
buch.de internetstores AG has commissioned the business and IT consulting company SHS VIVEON to develop an end-to-end analytical customer management platform. In the first stage, fitting solutions for the data warehouse, data mining, campaign management and reporting components will be evaluated. When these components are implemented in a second stage they will be fused to form a tailor-made solution.
"Only flexible campaign management coupled with transparent, company-wide reporting will allow us to react quickly to changes in the market," commented Cord Henrik Schmidt, a member of buch.de's Managing Board.
