Echtzeit-Keimzähler für Reinstwasser

Die RMS-Gerätefamilie von Instant BioScan steht für die Detektion mikrobieller Kontamination in Echtzeit. Dabei reicht das Einsatzspektrum von der Vermessung einzelner Wasserproben bis hin zur kontinuierlichen Analyse an Reinstwasseranlagen. Monitoring in heißem Probenwasser in WFI-Qualität erfolgt durch die spezielle ON 90 Gerätekonfiguration.

RMS-Zählungen der mikrobiologischen Verunreinigungen im Reinstwasser (Biocounts) basieren auf dem bereits etablierten Nachweisverfahren für fluoreszenzbasierte Luftkeimzählung.

Erfassung und Auswertung biologischer Autofluoreszenz wird seit einigen Jahren erfolgreich in der GMP konformen, aseptischen Fertigung eingesetzt. Allerdings sind die optischen Systeme der neuen Wasseranalysatoren so ausgelegt, dass den spezifischen Anforderungen der Probenmatrix 'Reinstwasser' Rechnung getragen wird.
