Host Color Debuts "pZone", A New Generation Web Hosting CRM
Host Color (http://www.hostcolor.com) reported to web hosting media that its development team launched "pZone", the company's new generation customer relationship management system. PZone incorporates technical support, customer care operations, billing and account management to provide Host Color's customers with a high class customer service.
"We are happy to announce that pZone, our new CRM, is fully functional and now every customer of Host Color enjoys great customer service", said Alexander Avramov, the Managing Director of Host Color LLC. He has added that the company's customers now better organize the portfolio of services and products they use with Host Color.
The web host said that its new customers get instant access to pZone as soon as they sign up with Host Color and get their orders processed. Each of them can login to account from the log in box - "My pZone", on the top right side of Host Color's corporate website.
The provider's executive explained that all services and products that Host Color's customers has ever purchased or used display in their account area. There are different sections for " Domains", "Hosting Accounts", and "Website Services". All features in these three categories are sorted in sections "Active", "New Orders", "Expiring" and "Inactive".
When a Host Color's customer logs in to account a "Settings" box displays on the right side of the pZone. The account holder can change "user name" and "password", to update profile, to set up and edit "Affiliate Profile", to check the Reward points earned up to date as well as to rate the work of Host Color's support operators.
The company's customers also see who is serving them. There is a panel that shows the "Name", "Age", "Position", and "Rating" of the operator who's currently on shift, as well as their picture.
"Our customers have full control of the communication with their customer service representative in "Ticket Box", explains Mr. Avramov and adds that the messages from the correspondence between customer and Host Color's operator are sorted in five categories - "New", "Pending", "Opened", "Closed" as well as "All" a category that provides a summary of all support tickets.
The company's customers also see "Latest News and Promotions" section below the "Ticket Box" in the pZone. They can find there the latest web hosting rebates, promotional campaigns and developments.
After the launch of pZone the average response time of Host Color's customer service operators on support tickets has improved. It is now less than 10 minutes (9.8 min). It was 15 minutes before the launch of the new CRM.
