Boosting production know-how in the FTC

The seventh FRITSCH-sponsored Russian-speaking in-house trade fair was also a great success

(PresseBox) (Markt Einersheim, ) The Russianspeaking market comprises an especially important part of the FRITSCH overall business strategy. This can be seen in the fact that, for the last seven years now, the Franconian bakery line manufacturer has opened the doors of its FRITSCH Technology Center in Kitzingen to its customers from Russia and the Russianspeaking states that were once part of the former Soviet Republic. 80 guests from the Russian Federation, Kazakstan, the Ukraine and Moldavia were greeted personally by FRITSCH general manager Klaus Fritsch. And joining the opening ceremony in a show of support for this type of economic exchange was Dr. Sergey L. Romanov, Consul, Consulate General of the Russian Federation, München, Germany.

Ambassador Romanov had the honor of unveiling together with Klaus Fritsch the latest in a series of Markt Einersheim offensives: namely, the new FRITSCH EUROLINE, exhibited officially for the first time to a specialist public at this inhouse fair. Depending on the configuration level, the EUROLINE can execute as many as 150 cutting and up to 80 punching strokes per minute. It was developed especially for midsize bakeries, and is designed to produce the widest possible variety of pastry types -- from the FRITSCH perspective together with pizza and bread the most important Eastern European product areas -- fullyautomatically and economically.

On both of the fair days, products were demonstrated on almost all of the lines that FRITSCH has on offer and on exhibit in the FTC, machines ranging from the FRITSCH doughsheeter ROLLFIX to the industrial line for thin dough types, the "Lavash". The guests enjoyed being able to pose their questions in the comparatively quiet atmosphere of the inhouse trade fair where they could also try their hand at the machines far away from the usual hustle and bustle of the larger fairs. Rounding off the event were presentations on individual production processes, baking agents from the company Ireks and baking ovens by Wachtel.

Pleased with the fair, FRITSCH sales director, Erhard Braun, said: "Russia constitutes one of our most important markets. An impressive 80 percent new customers are registered at our inhouse trade fairs. The sluggish spending behavior of the last two years seems to be over; the market is reviving. Deferred investments are now beginning to thaw. In this respect, our inhouse trade fair comes at exactly the right time. And the feedback has been especially positive." So much more appropriate, then, were Ambassador Romanov's remarks in respect to an easing of customs regulations for goods and persons at border crossings.
