D-M-E helps customers succeed with new D-M-E Plastics University® program
D-M-E's goal for the program is to share their deep market and technical knowledge with customers so they can, in turn, position themselves as market leaders in their own field. To achieve this, D-M-E has developed five educational programs, each offering actionable knowledge and advice that mold makers can walk away with and begin implementing in their operations immediately. The five programs consist of:
- Moldmaking Technologies
- Hotrunner technologies
- LSR Injection Technologies
- Die Sets
"At D-M-E, we are very excited to offer this program to help the success of the industry and our customers today and in the future," said Denis Poelman, Managing Director European Operations at D-M-E. "As one of the preeminent leaders in the industry, and an essential resource to our customers, it's both our obligation and in our best interest to help mold makers develop the skills and expertise needed to be more competitive in the challenging marketplace."
DME will offer these programs in a classroom setting eight times per year, allowing customers to choose a program and date that best suits their needs. The sessions will be lead by D-M-E product specialists who will share both technical knowledge as well as insights they gained over the years as they've worked with many different customers in many different situations.
