Die Arbeitnehmer in Deutschland sehen sich auf die digitale Welt im eigenen Unternehmen unzureichend vorbereitet: Zwei Drittel bewerten die aktuelle Skills- und Kompetenzstrategie bestenfalls mit der Schulnote drei oder schlechter. 65 Prozent empfehlen, auf fachliche und soziale Schulungsinhalte umzustellen, die sich am persönlichen Bedarf des einzelnen Mitarbeiters orientieren. Zudem wünschen sich 66 Prozent eine Unternehmenskultur, die Innovation gezielt fördert. Das sind Ergebnisse der Studie „Digitale Agenda 2020 – Human Resources“ von CSC (NYSE: CSC). Dazu wurden 1.000 vollzeitbeschäftigte Arbeitnehmer in Deutschland befragt.
