CBS ArcSafe® RRS-3 SecoVac, RRS-3 DB-50 Win Safety Product of the Year Awards
The CBS ArcSafe RRS-3 system allows technicians to remotely rack in or out of low- and medium-voltage power circuit breakers while standing up to 300 feet away. The RRS-3 SecoVac (IEEE) is designed for the General Electric SecoVac VB2+ vacuum circuit breakers with current ratings from 1200–3000 A. Typical usage of the VB2+ breaker is for control and protection of medium-voltage transmission and distribution systems. The RRS-3 DB-50 is designed for DB-50 and DBL-50 air circuit breakers designed by Westinghouse with current ratings of 200–1600 A. Typical usages for DB- and DBL-style breakers cover low-voltage power distribution and branch circuit protection.
