Biogas Nord AG - new date for the bond issue

Following the public announcement made on the 7th of May 2012, concerning the issuing of the bearer bonds of Biogas Nord AG, the Management of the Company has decided to postpone the issuing of bearer bonds, due to the changes in the market conditions. The Management shall reevaluate the market conditions and will reach a decision as to the new date for the floating of the bonds, which is expected to take place still in 2012.
